Refund and Replacement Policy

1. Our General Philosophy

Because your products are custom-made specifically for you when you place an order, we do not hold inventory and cannot offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size/colour, incorrect shipping address, minor colour differences or personalisation errors.

However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product. We offer free replacements or refunds for any issue relating to quality or fulfillment error.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

​

Note on Returns: Do not return the product to us before contacting us for support. Since your order may have been  fulfilled by one of our print partners, we will provide specific instructions if a physical return is necessary.

We only offer refunds or free replacements for the following issues:

Damaged Product: The item arrives broken, ripped, or damaged.

Manufacturing Defect: The print is poor quality, crooked, faded, or peeling.

Wrong Item Received: You received the wrong size, colour, product, or design.

Lost in Transit: The tracking information confirms the item has been lost by the carrier.

3. Discretionary Returns (Change of Mind)

​

Although our products are custom-made and exempt from the statutory right to cancel, we offer a discretionary return period for your peace of mind:

​

  • Eligibility: If you change your mind, you may return a non-faulty item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Procedure: You must email us at noodlerooandboo@gmail.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and the original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Issues

​

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for:

​

  • Ordering the Wrong Size or Colour: (Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot resell these custom-made items.)

  • Incorrect Shipping Address provided by the customer.

  • Personalisation Errors made by the the customer.

  • Minor differences in colour/hue between the digital image on your screen and the final printed product.

 

5. How to Report a Problem

​

If your order meets one of the criteria above, please follow these steps:

​

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at noodlerooandboo@gmail.com

  2. In your email, please include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A brief description of the problem.

    • Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Photos are mandatory to process a replacement.

  3. We will review the issue and contact you within 1-3 business days to arrange a free reprint or a full refund.
