1. General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from our website. We are committed to providing you with clear and transparent information regarding the shipping of your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping and Fulfilment Details

Since we partner with a global network of on-demand fulfilment providers and print partners, your order may be produced and shipped from different locations. This approach allows us to deliver your items as efficiently as possible, but it results in a few key points regarding shipping:

2a. Domestic UK Shipping

This applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Order Processing and Fulfilment

Our products are created using a print-on-demand model. This means your item is specifically produced for you after you place your order.

  • Order Fulfilment Time: All orders are processed, printed, and prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed.

  • Processing Schedule: Orders are not fulfilled or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping methods for delivery within the UK. Delivery estimates are calculated after the fulfilment period.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package on the carrier's website.

  • Activation: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.

  • Carrier: We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for domestic shipments.

Important: Multiple Shipments

Because your items may be produced by different specialist print partners, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. This does not affect your total shipping cost.

Fulfilment and Delivery Timeframes

The total delivery time for your order is an estimated sum of two components:

  1. Fulfilment Time (Production): The time it takes for our partner to create your custom item.

  2. Shipping Time (Transit): The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the item to your address.

These estimates are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and can vary based on:

  • Product Type: Some products require different production methods and take longer to create.

  • Fulfilment Location: The distance from the print partner to your delivery address.

  • Current Order Volume: High-demand periods (like holidays) can temporarily extend fulfilment times.

2b. International Shipping Policy (Outside the UK)

This applies to all orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom.

Shipping Zones & Rates

We currently ship to numerous countries worldwide. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. We generally categorize international shipping into the following zones:

  • Europe (EU & Non-EU)

  • USA

  • Canada

  • Rest of World (ROW): all other serviceable locations

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the destination country's customs process, local holidays, or postal service issues.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

For all orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is solely responsible for any and all Customs Duties, Import Taxes, or local fees levied by the destination country.

  • These fees are NOT included in the product price or the shipping cost paid to Noodle Roo and Boo.

  • We ship all packages on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the customer is responsible for paying these charges upon the package's arrival to clear customs.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

  • If a customer refuses to pay the required duties and taxes and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, the return shipping charges, and any associated customs fees.

Handling Multiple Packages

Due to our print-on-demand model, items like clothing, mugs, and prints may be fulfilled and shipped separately from different partners to ensure the best quality and efficiency. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each package as it ships.

3. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We take great care in packaging your items, but issues can sometimes occur during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at noodlerooandboo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package tracking stops moving or is significantly delayed past the estimated window, please contact us. We must wait 15 business days from the date of shipment before declaring a package lost in accordance with the carrier’s policy. We will then work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Stolen Packages (Marked 'Delivered'): We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but claimed to be stolen. We highly recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure. If you believe your package was stolen, you should contact the police.
