3.1 Product Customisation and Description

  • All products are made-to-order and/or personalised (Print-on-Demand/Handmade).

  • We make every effort to display the colours, sizes, and prints of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of the colours will exactly match the final printed product.

  • All product specifications, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Acceptance of Orders

  • When you place an order, you receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order.

  • Order acceptance and the formation of the contract take place when we send you a separate email confirming that the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

4. Price and Payment

​

  • The price payable for the products is as set out on the Website at the time you submit your order.

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate.

  • We accept payment via  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, Discover, Visa Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • We are not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Region: We only ship to destinations within the United Kingdom (UK).

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping is free of charge.

  • Separate Shipments: As products are fulfilled by different suppliers, items within a single order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated fulfillment and delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Customised Goods Exemption: Due to the personalised, made-to-order nature of our products, we are exempt from the standard 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Faulty/Damaged Goods: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if the item you receive is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong size/colour due to our error).

  • Incorrect Address: If an item is returned to the supplier due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by you, you will be liable for the cost of re-shipment.

7. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Candyce Prevett T/A Noodle Roo and Boo or our suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
